YOU'VE BEEN ICED: Pumpkin Spice Iced

It's creamy. It's gooey. It's my Pumpkin Spice Icing. You can top this icing on bread, cake, muffins, or your holiday cookies to the neighbors! I was a little nervous testing this out at a meeting for a local creatives club. Why? I was trying to eat healthy and didn't want this to ruin my good roll. BUT we all know tasting our creations is as necessary. It's also as necessary as a fried egg on a burger, or strawberries with Oreos.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 12

INGREDIENTS

  • (8 oz) cream cheese frosting, softened

  • ½ cup butter, softened

  • 5 cups powdered sugar

  • ½ cup canned pumpkin

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Beat together the cream cheese and butter until creamy.

2. Add the powdered sugar, pumpkin, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.

3. Frost cooled bread, muffins, cookies, etc.

5. Eat. It. All.
