5-INGREDIENT MATCHA MACAROONS

Matcha green tea is a popular order at Starbucks, a quick sell at Trader Joe's, and the a swear-by for lots for those in dire need of more antioxidants. I decided to jump on the bandwagon, but get creative with this I’m-not-a-baker-but-you-think-I-am type recipe. This recipe video I made went viral on Spoon University a few years back, so I want to bring it back to life here! Be prepared to for a delicious endeavor that only takes 20 minutes to make.
#SpoonTip: For the chocolate manic, after baking these suckers, dip them in your choice of melted chocolate and let cool.

INGREDIENTS
5 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
2/3 cup flour
3 teaspoon matcha powder
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven at 350°F. Combine dry ingredients into bowl and mix.
2. Pour liquid ingredients and mix.
3. Shape into gooey green balls (size of your choice) and place on wax paper.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until end tips are brown.
5. Let friends think you’re a master baker.
