DECORATE YOUR HOME FROM THESE BEST PRICED STORES

I'm a very unique home shopper. I literally don't know anyone else who home shops the way I do.
Unlike my sweet tooth inherited from my mom, this shopping trait is innate just to me. It's shown it's unforgiving time consuming colors this past year while moving in with my boyfriend. But hey, it saves everyone else from doing the research work. My friends tell me what they want and I tell them where and what store has the lowest price. Okay okay, I'll admit what I do.
I'd say don't judge me, but if I'm writing a blog post about this, I'm practically asking for criticism. So judge me... but I'll still keep doing it because it works for me.

MY PRACTICE
I like to buy everything I love in a store, then hop around to other similar stores, find similar items and price the difference. Sure I could do this online, but I like to touch and feel things, (makes sense from the quiz in my "5 Love Languages" book, but that's another blog post). Now once I start getting hungry (which is constantly so it makes this difficult), I bring everything home and hall it up my many steps of stairs, and inside our lovely treehouse (it's not really a treehouse, I just say that because a gigantic avocado tree shades us). Once inside, I place the store pieces and see if they match. I like to see how pieces look in our house instead of just visualizing it. If I don't like it, I keep the receipt(s) and return items I don't like and the items that are pretty much the same except for one is cheaper.
Yes this takes more time and money up front on my part, but it works for me and I get exactly what I want with the cheapest price. It also really helps my friends, and even other customers in store if I know what they're looking for and how much they're willing to spend.
I put these together since they have the same owner. It's my go-to place for candles and kitchen items because they're as discounted as chocolate on Valentine's Day. They usually get their shipments on Tuesdays and Wednesday so make sure to bounce in on those days.
2. TARGET
Over the past 5 years, Target has really upped the quality of their Home Decor sections.... and their prices. It's where students to buy items for moving in and out of the college dorms, and they've taken notice, hence the raise in price. However, I can't deny that I love some of their signature home decor pieces. An extra bonus for you online shoppers, there's free shipping $25+.
3. HOME GOODS
This is a great place to go for artificial greenery. Good thing for me, Target, TJ Maxx and Home Goods are all neighboring stores. I'm not sure if that's heaven or hell, but I can't help giving each my equal attention.
4. H&M HOME
Their items definitely have a Pottery Barn look (a.k.a. expensive af), but more easy to afford with your budget of post rent and Trader Joe's run.
5. DORMIFY
I graduated in 2016 and I'd still shop here. It's not just well priced, but there are TONS of options, and there's free shipping orders $50+. No picking price before comfort here.
6. WORLD MARKET
Not only is World Market the spirit animal of my everything, but I can shop without stealing from my baking budget (which is more than any reasonable should have). I'm especially a fan of their bath accessories, pillowcases and shams.
7. ARRO HOME
Into the geometric vibe? This Australian brand simultaneously soothes my inner minimalist... and makes me feel more organized and trendy just by looking at it.SaveSaveSave
